Each planet has its own day night cycle and seasons that are unaffected by outside cosmic forces as there is no sun in this planet system.
 
Since there is no sun to keep track of time, there is a universal year that all planets follow and is what is used to keep track of events.
 
There is world gates scattered around the planets that allow for travel between the planets. Originally, they were only active for the War Games, but the Titans decided to leave them open for those who wanted to allow their planets inhabitants to travel and communicate with others.
